RMK Merrill Stevens (RMK MS) was Florida's first shipyard and has become one of the most diverse, capable, and updated shipyards in all of South Florida. Since 1885, the RMK MS shipyard has served the owners, captains, and crews of yachts and superyachts from around the world with pride.

RMK MS has two shipyards North & South co-located on the Miami River. RMK MS South offers high quality yacht service, maintenance, and refits for yachts and superyachts, from 30' - 130'. RMK MS South located in Miami's Health District at 881 NW 13th Avenue.

The RMK Merrill Stevens Superyacht Division is one of the most capable, trusted, and accessible yards in all of Florida, providing service, maintenance, repair, and refit primarily for large vessels. The Superyacht Center is located on the west side of the 12th Avenue Bridge at 1270 NW 11th Street, Miami, Florida, 33125.
